Connect with a registered nurse 24/7. Assistance is offered in English, French and other languages. Service is free, confidential, and available to all Ontarians.

Urgent After Hours Care

Call our Answering Service 905-577-4242 to discuss a possible appointment with the on-call doctor. Service is limited to issues that cannot wait until Crown Point Family Health Centre is open again during regular hours.

In-person appointments with the on-call doctor take place at our After Hours Clinic located at Rosedale Medical Group (280 Queenston Road, Hamilton).

The on-call doctor is usually available for in-person assessments on:

Monday, Tues, Wednesday, Thursday evenings

Saturday, Sunday daytime

The on-call doctor may also be available for phone assessments when the After Hours Clinic is closed.

Appointment costs are fully covered with an Ontario health card.
