Perinatal & Pediatric Resources
Post-natal and pediatric care plays a key role in the health of a child and mother. By providing our patients with at-home resources and access to health care information from newborn to 18 months, we hope to educate and prepare caregivers for all stages of a child's early life.

Community Connections
The broader Hamilton healthcare community is filled with many outstanding health organizations spread throughout the city. We are proud to be a part of the Hamilton Family Health Team.
